Refund policy
We have full confidence that you will be satisfied with your Lightroom products, but if for any reason you are not, please contact us at shop@lightroom.uk and someone from the Lightroom team will get back to you.
Cancelling a Shop Order
If you change your mind and would like to cancel your order while it is still being processed, please email shop@lightroom.uk and we will do our best to cancel and refund the order. If it has already been dispatched, we may need to start a returns process instead. Orders placed before 1pm Monday-Friday are usually dispatched same day.
Payments are processed when you place your order. If you request to cancel your order and we are able to complete that request, we will process a refund at the same time. Refunds will be issued using the same payment details as for the original transaction, and it may take up to seven days for the refund to show in your account.
Returns Policy for Shop Products
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return for any reason. Distance Selling Regulations in the UK mean you have 14 working days to request a full refund, including shipping charges, for any reason. It does not include the cost of returning the item.
To start a return, you can contact us at shop@lightroom.uk. We will let you know the address to return the items to. Please send items in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Once we've received the item we'll process your refund, replacement, or exchange within 5 working days. If you are owed a refund, it will be issued using the same payment details as for the original transaction, and it may take up to seven days for the refund to show in your account.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
