Delivery timeframes

We aim to deliver orders from our online shop according to the following timeframes:

UK: 3-5 days

Europe: 2-4 weeks

Rest of the world: 2-4 weeks

If the delivery time frame has ended and you have not received your order, please email shop@lightroom.uk and we will be able to assist you.

Orders placed before 1pm Monday-Friday are usually dispatched same day. All other orders are dispatched the following working day.

For UK addresses our standard service is Royal Mail 48hr. For international addresses our standard service is Royal Mail International. In some circumstances we may use other providers.

 

Customs and other duties

For international orders, we do not include import duties, taxes, or other charges that may be incurred in the shipping cost. These charges are determined and collected by the destination country, and must be paid by the customer. If you choose to refuse a delivery due to these charges we are unfortunately unable to cover return shipping costs, customs charges, and/or handling fees.

Customs regulations vary from country to country. You may wish to visit the website of your national customs office or contact them directly to check what additional costs may be incurred before placing your order.
